The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday 11th March 2026 in the Village Hall and

starting at 7.30 pm. You are hereby summoned to attend. The matters to be discussed are as follows:

1 Apologies for Absence and Declarations of Interest (if any).

2 Approval of the Draft Minutes of the last Parish Council Meeting (14th January).

3 Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting of 14th January.

4 Information Exchange (opportunity for residents to raise any matters of concern).

5 County Councillor’s report (Lee Evans).

6 District Councillor’s report (Jill Raynor).

7 Clerk’s Financial Report (report CBPC/FIN/26/02 to follow).

8 Planning Matters (see Vale website for application details):

a) P23/V0798/FUL (Commercial buildings/parking etc, Lyford Business Park): on-going.

b) P25/V1803/HH and P25/V1804/LB (Extension to Bridle Cottage): amended plan.

c) P26/V0008/FUL (Extensions to Chequers PH): comment made.

d) P26/V0111/FUL (Dog Walking Facility, Charney Manor): comment made.

e) Kingston Bagpuize/Southmoor Neighbourhood Plan Consultation

9 To consider whether/how to refresh the Community-Led Plan 2016 (verbal report).

10 11 12 13 14 To consider commenting on proposed Unitary Authority structures (plans attached).

To note details of an additional bus service for Charney by First and Last Mile (verbal report).

To approve an Archive Policy for Parish Council records (attached).

To report on any feedback from OCC Highways on proposed Weight Restriction Order.

To consider issues relating to CHAFT, including:

a. Draft Minutes of the CHAFT meeting on 11th February;

b. Arrangements for a meeting of the Joint Liaison Group;

c. Storage space in the Village Hall.

16 To discuss arrangements for the Annual Village Assembly and the Annual Parish Council

Meeting – both currently planned for Wednesday 13th May.
