1 The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 in the Village Hall and starting at approximately 08.00 pm (on conclusion of the Annual Village Assembly). You are hereby summoned to attend. The matters to be discussed are as follows:

1 Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman.

2 Apologies for Absence and Declarations of Interest (if any).

3 Approval of Draft Minutes of the meeting of 11th March 2026.

4 Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting of 11th March 2026.

5 Dates for future meetings (attached).

6 Responsibilities and Appointments (current list here: draft update attached);

a. Parish Councillors – Specific Responsibilities;

b. Parish Councillor appointments to Independent Organisations;

c. Appointments to Groups associated with the Parish Council;

d. Other appointments. 7 Clerk’s Financial Report (report CBPC/FIN/26/03 and AGAR docs attached).

8 Planning Matters (see Vale website for application details): a) P23/V0798/FUL (Commercial buildings/parking etc, Lyford Business Park): on-going. b) P25/V1803/HH and P25/V1804/LB (Extension to Bridle Cottage): on-going c) P26/V0008/FUL (Extensions to Chequers PH): amended plans. d) P26/V0111/FUL (Dog Walking Facility, Charney Manor): on-going.

9 Update on new website and move to .gov.uk email addresses.

10 To consider issues relating to CHAFT, including: a. Draft Minutes of the CHAFT meeting on 15th April; b. Draft Minutes of the Joint Liaison Group meeting of 5th May 2026 (to be posted); c. Retention of PC filing cabinet in Village Hall store room.
