Normally held on the second Wednesday of every other month in the Village Hall (Chapel Lane, Charney Bassett, OX12 0EX) and starting at 7.30pm.

Sub-Committee making decisions on confidential staffing matters, including recruitment, salary payments, discipline and performance.

An informal forum comprising selected members of the Parish Council and CHAFT. Established in 2017 and meeting on an ad hoc basis (at least annually).

Annual meeting organised by the Parish Council as a forum for village residents. Normally held on the same evening as the Parish Council's May meeting.
